1. What you're buying

NIWPack is a brand operated by Kooemma Digital Holdings LLC. These terms form an agreement between you and Kooemma Digital Holdings LLC. The store sells one digital, downloadable educational pack. On purchase, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files for your own petition. You may make working copies for that use. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, sublicense, share, or use the files to provide a competing product or service.

2. Not legal advice

The templates are informational. NIWPack is not a law firm. See our Disclaimer.

3. Downloads

Download links are time-limited and download-limited for security. If a link expires, contact support@niwkit.com with your order number. You are responsible for storing your download securely.

4. All sales final

Because the products are digital files delivered immediately after payment, all sales are final except where applicable law requires a refund or other remedy. See our Refund Policy.

5. No guarantee of outcome

USCIS decisions are discretionary. We do not and cannot guarantee any immigration outcome.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kooemma Digital Holdings LLC's liability for any claim relating to the products is limited to the amount you paid.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use NIWPack to submit false information, fabricate evidence, impersonate another person, violate law, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorized access to another customer's download.

8. Intellectual property and third-party sources

Kooemma Digital Holdings LLC owns the original NIWPack text, design, and templates. Government forms and third-party publications remain subject to their respective rights and terms. Links to official sources do not imply endorsement.

9. Changes

We may update these terms prospectively by posting a new effective date. Material changes do not alter the license for files already purchased unless law requires otherwise.
