NIWPack is a brand operated by Kooemma Digital Holdings LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how the operator of NIWPack collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes personal information when you visit this website, use its educational tools, request a free resource, purchase a digital product, or contact us.

This policy describes NIWPack's current website and storefront practices. It is not a contract and does not create rights beyond those provided by applicable law.

What NIWPack provides

NIWPack provides educational EB-2 NIW information, a browser-based evidence preparation readiness check, downloadable planning resources, and a paid self-filing pack. NIWPack is not a law firm and does not provide individualized legal advice or representation.

What personal information means

Personal information is information that identifies, relates to, or can reasonably be linked with an individual. Aggregated or deidentified information that cannot reasonably be linked to an individual is not treated as personal information under this policy.

Information you provide

Contact and subscription information

We collect your email address when you request a free resource, subscribe to updates, make a purchase, or contact us. We also record your subscription status, the source of the request, your marketing preference, and the date of any marketing consent.

Order and download information

When you purchase a product, we maintain records such as your email address, order number, products purchased, price, currency, payment status, tax amount, billing country, payment reference, and purchase date. We also record the creation, expiration, permitted use, and activity of secure download links.

Stripe collects and processes payment and billing information during checkout. NIWPack receives transaction details needed to confirm and deliver the order, but does not receive or store your full payment card number.

Support communications

We process the information you include when contacting support so we can investigate and respond. Do not send passports, immigration records, complete petitions, payment card details, or other sensitive documents unless NIWPack specifically requests them through an appropriate secure process.

Information collected automatically

First-party analytics

NIWPack records page views and selected button or link interactions. These records may include the page visited, interaction label, referring page, campaign parameters, date and time, browser, operating system, device type, and approximate country, region, and city derived from network headers.

NIWPack assigns random first-party visitor and session identifiers. The visitor identifier can remain for up to one year. The session identifier uses a 30-minute sliding duration. If you later provide an email address through a subscription or purchase, NIWPack may associate that email with activity previously connected to the same visitor identifier. This helps us understand the customer journey, provide support, and improve the service.

NIWPack does not store raw IP addresses in its own analytics event records. Hosting, security, and network providers may process IP addresses and request information to deliver and protect the site.

Vercel Analytics

NIWPack also uses Vercel Analytics to understand website performance and product interactions. Vercel may process information according to its privacy policy.

Browser storage

The shopping cart is stored in your browser's local storage. The homepage may use session storage to remember that an introductory loading effect has already appeared during the browser session. You can clear this information through your browser settings, although doing so may reset the cart or related site behavior.

Readiness assessment answers

Answers entered into the EB-2 NIW evidence preparation readiness check remain in the current browser session. NIWPack does not send those answers to its server, save them to an account, attach them to an email request, or provide them to an AI model.

General page views and tracked interactions with the assessment page may still be recorded through the analytics described above. Those analytics do not contain the answers selected for individual questions.

How we use personal information

NIWPack uses personal information to:

• process purchases and maintain transaction records;
• deliver receipts, confirmation messages, and secure downloads;
• respond to support requests and correct delivery problems;
• manage subscriptions, consent, and unsubscribe requests;
• send marketing messages only when the recipient has separately consented;
• measure site use and improve content, tools, and products;
• detect abuse, fraud, and security problems;
• enforce agreements and protect legal rights; and
• comply with accounting, tax, and other legal obligations.

AI-assisted work

NIWPack may use AI tools to assist with organizing research, drafting public educational content, editing, and quality checks. AI output is not treated as an authoritative source. Factual and procedural claims are checked under our editorial standards.

NIWPack does not intentionally submit customer email addresses, payment information, support communications, analytics linked to an email, readiness assessment answers, or customer petition contents to an external AI model for editorial work.

The current storefront does not accept petition uploads and does not use an AI model to evaluate an individual's immigration facts. If NIWPack introduces a feature that processes personal information with an AI provider, this policy and the notice shown with that feature will be updated before that use begins.

When we disclose information

Service providers

We disclose information to providers only as reasonably needed to operate the service. Current provider categories include:

• Stripe for checkout, payments, tax calculations, fraud prevention, and refunds;
• Supabase for database, authentication, and private file storage;
• Resend for transactional and consented marketing email; and
• Vercel for website hosting, network delivery, security, and analytics.

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices. They may process information in the United States or other locations where they operate.

Legal and safety reasons

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or valid legal process, investigate fraud or unlawful activity, protect the security of the service, enforce an agreement, or protect the rights and safety of NIWPack, its users, or others.

Business changes

Information may be reviewed or transferred as part of a proposed or completed financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, insolvency, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law.

With your direction

We may disclose or publish information when you direct or clearly consent to that use. For example, NIWPack would obtain permission before publishing a customer testimonial or identifiable customer story.

NIWPack does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Email choices

Requesting a free resource does not require marketing consent. Marketing email requires a separate optional choice. NIWPack may ask you to confirm your email address before delivering a resource or activating a subscription. You can unsubscribe through the link in a marketing email. NIWPack may still send transactional messages needed to confirm, deliver, secure, or support a purchase or requested resource.

Cookies and browser controls

The first-party visitor and session identifiers described above are stored in cookies. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies and clear local or session storage. Blocking these technologies may reset analytics identifiers, empty the stored shopping cart, or affect parts of the site.

Retention and security

We retain order, payment reference, tax, and transaction records as needed for delivery, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and legal obligations. Download records are retained as needed to secure and support purchased files. Subscription, analytics, email, and support records are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy.

NIWPack uses measures such as access controls, private storage, hashed download tokens, limited download links, and secure connections. However, no internet service or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

Your privacy choices and requests

Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information, or to receive information about how it is processed. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Contact support@niwkit.com to make a privacy request. Some information may be retained when required by law or reasonably needed for transactions, security, fraud prevention, disputes, or legal claims.

Children's privacy

NIWPack is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child provided personal information may contact us to request its deletion.

International use

If you access NIWPack from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States and other locations used by our service providers. Privacy protections in those locations may differ from those where you live.

Third-party links

NIWPack links to government websites and other third-party resources. This policy does not govern those websites, and NIWPack is not responsible for their privacy practices. Review the privacy notice of the service you visit.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as NIWPack changes or as legal and operational requirements develop. The effective date at the top will be updated when changes are published. If a change materially affects how previously collected personal information is used, we will provide additional notice when required.
